All FEIBI lubricants are protected by a material and manufacturing warranty. The specific warranty period for each product is displayed on:

Official product webpages

Key Terms:

Warranty begins on date of purchase (verified by receipt)

If website and packaging durations differ, the longer period applies

Covers defects in:

Base oil molecular integrity

Additive package formulation

Container sealing systems

Exclusions:

Resold/secondhand products

Damage from:

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Receipt with purchase date

2. Engine make/model and mileage at time of oil change

Processing:

Standard Cases: Resolution within 10 business days

Complex Cases: May require oil sample analysis (2-3 weeks)

 RESOLUTION METHODS

1. Replacement:

New product shipment (equivalent or upgraded formula)

Priority shipping for verified defects

2. Financial Compensation:

Full refund for unopened defective products

Prorated credit based on remaining warranty period
