1. Where are FEIBI products made?
FEIBI lubricants are manufactured in our China and Germany facilities:
China (Chongqing,China) – Primary production for Asia-Pacific markets
Germany (14th Floor,Dreischeibenhaus,
40211Düsseldorf,Germany) – High-performance synthetic oils for Europe & North America
All products undergo strict quality control at our global R&D centers.
2. Does FEIBI offer a warranty?
Yes! FEIBI provides a material and workmanship warranty on all products.
Standard warranty: 5 years (from purchase date)
Extended warranty: 5 years for FEIBI Black Edition (German-made)

3. Do you ship to my country?
FEIBI ships worldwide via trusted logistics partners:
EU/UK: DHL/FedEx (7-18business days)
North America: UPS/FedEx (7-21 business days)
Asia-Pacific: Local express carriers (7-12business days)
For remote regions, check our Shipping Policy.
4. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Before shipment: Contact us within 24 hours to modify/cancel.
After shipment: No cancellations, but you may return unopened products (see Returns Policy).
International returns: A $10 restocking fee applies.
5. When will my package arrive?

6. Can I repair or recycle used FEIBI oil?
Repairs: Not applicable (lubricants are consumables).
Recycling: FEIBI partners with global recycling programs. Find a drop-off location here.
7. Are FEIBI oils eco-friendly?
Yes! FEIBI complies with:
EU REACH/ECHA regulations
No harmful PFAS/PFC compounds
Biodegradable options available in select markets
8. Why does my oil color vary slightly between batches?
Minor color variations are normal due to:
Base oil sources (synthetic vs. mineral)
Additive package adjustments (for performance optimization)
Rest assured, all batches meet strict quality standards.
9. Are FEIBI lubricants compatible with all engines?
Most FEIBI oils work with gasoline, diesel, and hybrid engines.
Check your vehicle manual for viscosity requirements.
